DAY ONE : NAIROBI
pick up from the airport and transferred to the Hotel for overnight.
DAY TWO : NAIROBI EXCURSIONS
Visit the Girrafe centre/ Rhino and Elephant Rescue Centre/ Centre local market/ Caren Blixten Museam
DAY THREE : NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
we leave to Nakuru National Park , lunch on the way to Lake Nakuru Park the Big game within the lake includes Black Rhino, White Rhino,hippo and clawless otters. On the shores roam waterbuck, Bohor’s Reedbuck and zebra,Game viewing is relatively easy: buffalo, leopard, tree climbing-lions, Rothschild’s giraffe, Black and White Colobus monkey are plentiful in the forest. The bush lands offer eland, steenbok, impala, Chandler’s reedbuck and dik dik, whilst rock hyrax and klipspringer occupy the cliffs and escarpment.
DAY FOUR: MASAI MARA
leave Lake Nakuru for Masai Mara and drive north to Ascend and later Descend the escarpment and drive to Narok-town where you will stop for early hot-lunch then Proceed to camp. After Familiarize Your Camp then it’s the time for game viewing in Masai Mara.
DAY FIVE : MASAI MARA.
A full day wildlife viewing a cross the rich savannah grassland and rolling hills. The magnificent Mara is the best Game Park for its great herds of black-manned lions, leopard and cheetah but also contains numerous elephants and most of attractive wildlife.
DAY SIX : NAMANGA
After Early morning breakfast leave masai mara with game drive en-route to connect with our Tanzania driver guide at Namanga overnight at Namanga
DAY SEVEN : ARUSHA TOWN
Drive for two hours and reach Arusha for preparation before the Mount Meru Trek on the next day. Overnight in Moshi town
KILIMANJARO CLIMB MARANGU ROUTE: 6 DAYS
DAY EIGHT : MANDARA HUT 2,720m
From the cluster of the building at the gate it is about four hours hike through the forest to-reach mandara Hut, 2,720m ( 4 Hours)
DAY NINE : HOROMBO HUT 3,720m
Your second day on the mountain starts with a gentle climb through the last swathe of the rain forest to the Moorlands Further on this day you gain 1000m in altitude to reach Horombo hut 3720m (6 hrs)
DAY TEN : HOROMBO HUT 3,720m
Acclimatization Day. Free day
This is a free day to recover and to acclimatize our body on the high elevation. We will climb about 300 meters high and come back to the same campsite to relax and acclimatize your body.
DAY ELEVEN : KIBO HUT 4,720m
We cross the Saddle, a lunar desert landscape, between Kibo and Mawenzi to reach Kibo hut (5 Hours)
DAY TWELVE: SUMMIT – HOROMBO HUT 3,720m
We start the final ascent at 23:00 or at midnight. As we are trekking in darkness we will hike slowly on a switchback trail through loose volcanic scree to reach Uhuru Peak. After a few minutes taking pictures and appreciating the views we then descend to Horombo Hut to spend our final night (11 – 13 hrs). This is where we say goodbye to your guides, cook and porters. DAY THIRTEEN: MOSHI TOWN
Drive back to Moshi town for Overnight
DAY FOURTEEN : FLY BACK HOME.
After Breakfast enjoy the last few hours and preparation for your transfer to the Kilimanjaro International Airport to catch up the flight back home.
