Day One - Tarangire National Park - Arusha
Tarangire National Park is Tanzania’s Best Kept Secret! Tarangire is located slightly off the main safari route which makes it a lesser known attraction. Because Tarangire is overshadowed by the main parks it has a fraction of visitors but immense concentrations of game in the peak months which for us will be just superb!Tarangire is one of the best parks for spotting elephants on the northern circuit. Tarangire is also famous for its myriad of birdlife, large numbers of wildebeests and zebra, Lions, Cheetah, and Leopard! it’s home to many groups of Impalas. Overnight at Small Town of Mto wa Mbu town
Day Two: Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro Crater is The World’s Largest Caldera! The Ngorongoro Crater is a large volcanic caldera and a UNESCO world heritage site. Driving down into the crater is an experience in itself, with the amazing variety of animals whom reside here Ngorongoro is surely one of the world’s natural wonders. After breakfast we will descend into the crater with a picnic lunch, today will be a full day exploring within the bounds of the crater. When we stop for lunch we will be able to walk around by the lake, the lake is at time home to many hippos (from a distance) Later in the evening drive back to Arusha town.
