  • Meet and greet at the airport by our team.

  • After breakfast, drive 4 hours to Rongai Gate (northern side).
  • Begin trek through lush forest to Simba Camp.
  • Distance: 7 km | Time: 3–4 hrs
  • Overnight at Simba Camp | Full-board
  • Trek through moorland to Second Cave for rest and lunch.
  • Continue to Third Cave Camp with beautiful views of Mawenzi.
  • Distance: 12 km | Time: 6–7 hrs
  •  Overnight at Third Cave Camp | Full-board
  • Trek to Kibo Hut, the base camp for the summit attempt.
  • Early dinner and rest in preparation for the midnight climb.
  • Distance: 9 km | Time: 4–5 hrs
  • Overnight at Kibo Hut | Full-board
  • Midnight wake-up and start the summit push via Gilman’s Point.
  • Reach Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa!
  • Descend to Horombo Hut for overnight rest.
  • Distance: 21 km | Time: 12–13 hrs
  • Overnight at Horombo Hut | Full-board
  • Final descent through lush rainforest to Marangu Gate.
  • Receive summit certificates, then transfer back to Moshi.
  • Celebrate your achievement at the hotel.
