Tarangire National Park
The park is famous for its large number of elephants, baobab-trees, and tree-climbing pythons.
Herds of up to 400 elephants, thousands of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, fringe-eared oryx,long-necked gerenuk, Hyenas,Lions, cheetahs, leopards, are regularly observed.
It is a great birdwatching center with more than 500 species recorded and because it is overshadowed by other national park such as the Serengeti it makes the park special and less touristy.
